Public bug reported: Looking at my /var/log/upstart/whoopsie.log I saw the following. My wifi connection was disabled, however I had cellular and data connectivity. Notice that whoopsie just says that it is offline and cannot reach daisy.ubuntu.com, while it should indicate what the default route is and that it is a paid data plan.
