Tool bar induces tearing of the screen. This was not present under earlier versions of Ubuntu operating system. This is a total new event with this upgrade version I am sorry to say. As the computer stays on and not rebutted the screen stability starts to degrade. Rebutting seems to staibalizes the scree but starts to degrade with time as lap top is awakened and logged in. I am sure that the problem source is ubuntu operating system and not other applications. Yet the other applications seem to be affected by the problem.
