Public bug reported:

Start 'ubuntu-bug' without arguments... a pop-up appears where the text
at the top is "Other problem" -- while in fact that is the checkbox at
the bottom: the whole list is reversed! (the checkboxes are unrelated to
the text that is printed next to it). If you select something and a new
checkbox list comes up then that has the same problem.

This makes it extremely hard for people to report bugs I'd think so?
Unless they are able to spot this problem of course :/.
