Public bug reported: This problem happened when I'm playing a MP4 video. It suddenly stucks at some frames for 3-5 seconds, then it will continue to a corresponding frame. During the frame stuck, the audio is still running. Especially, if I move mouse cursor right after the stucking frame, it will continue play immediately. And it means if I keep moving the cursor, the video will never stuck.
