Title:
Charge level graph shows incorrect values

Status in upower package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
On Nexus 7 2013 using 15.04(r94) the charge level graph in System
Settings under Battery fluctuates wildly, jumping between the correct
charge level and some low value, sometimes 0%, resulting in an
extremely uneven graph that is hard to read.
