yeah sorry, but i had to start from somewhere :)

i did a hard reset
>_ tracker reset -r

then i restarted it
>_ tracker daemon -s 

status shows
>_ tracker status       
Currently indexed: 1019 files, 67 folders
Remaining space on database partition: 7.9 GB (12.61%)
All data miners are idle, indexing complete

and now i cant reproduce the CPU usage :/

irrelevant question, there is some kind of MD in LP to format the bug
report?
