It's a bit strange, as I can see the "Events" header translated for a
bit less than a second, and then it switches to English.

Bug description:
Using rtm 87 in french locale
- open settings->background
- click on "add an image"
- select gallery
-> the events/photos top-left menu and header titles show as
untranslated, the same titles are displayed correctly translated in
the non picker mode (confirming that the translations are available on
disk)
The same thing happens if gallery is already open before so it doesn't
seem to be due to the content-picker invocation
