Title:
  Bluetooth keeps searching available devices but nothing found even
  though a lot B-Devices turned on around

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Turned on bluetooth and searched for my bluetooth headset after
  turning it on . But shows nothing and keeps searching for an hour. My
  system is Dell 3543 model has dual OS and blueooth hardware works fine
  in windows os . My bluetooth device HW model is Broadcom BCM 43142 (BT
  1704 + version 4.0)
