Title:
Build poppler with the openjpeg library / Images not showing in
  evince, JPX errors

Status in Poppler:
  Won't Fix
Status in poppler package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Some Images in pdf files from google books fail to show, and generate
  JPX errors.

According to the good folks at poppler this is due to ubuntu not using
openjpeg when building poppler, and the depreciated fallback decoder
  failing.
