Bug description:
Switching the header/toolbar to the new one causes the icons to be
painted correctly in the header, but also in the middle of the page.
All I did was to set useDeprecatedToolbar to false and wrap the
ToolbarButton's content in an Action {}. The actions appear where they
should, are also functional, but as said before, painted too often.
