Title:
  High cpu usage after unplugging Digitech RP250 effect processor

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: pulseaudio

  I normally use jack server when I plug in my effect processor. Nothing
  strange happens during the session and closing jack server doesn't do
  any problems. The strange thing is that pulseaudio jumps to 96% cpu
  usage to one of my cores.
