Bug description:
I was in the process of doing an upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04 when the
cgroup-lite setup failed.
The Software Updater application warned that the system might not start
correctly, but I was able to reboot (except for another warning about
cgroup-lite, offering to submit this report).
