  Audio stops unexpectedly and "play sound through" list becomes empty

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Sometimes audio stops unexpectedly and "play sound through" list becomes 
empty (as you can see in the image attached).
  Rebooting fixes it.
  I'm not able to reproduce this bug.
