Title:
Audio is always played on all output devices no matter what settings i
  choose

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I select headphones the audio is also played on the Speakers.
This happens everytime I change settings and is persistent through
reboot and all recent updates I did in 12.04.

Im Using a MSI P35 Neo3-F Mainboard with Onboard sound. My Workaround
for now is just turning off the speakers but its still not what a user
expects from the system when he changes the output device.
