Bug description:
1) unity-scopes-api should provide a simple API to talk to libaccounts-glib
and libsignon. It needs to support listening for, in addition to querying for
credentials.
2) unity-scopes-shell should support special results that prompt for log-in.
3) update unity-scope-youtube as an example
