Launcher quicklist should close if tabbing to a different item

Bug description:
How to reproduce:
* Alt+F1
- Launcher appears
* Press down
- First item of launcher is selected
* Press right
- Quicklist of first item of launcher is opened
* Press tab
- Second item of launcher is selected BUT quicklist of first item of
launcher is still open
