Bug description:
  Ubuntu 17.04 unity8

[unity8] launching a previously snapped window, first opens to the
position/size before beeing snapped and then resizes to the snapped
  position

launch a random app, snap the app, close the app. now launch it again

i kinda understand the logic but it's highly annoying
maybe it should just start at the snapped position or just start at the
normal position (before the snap and just not snap). now it's doing both
