Title:
Ubuntu can't suspend anymore after very recent update

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Earlier today after update Ubuntu can't suspend.

When I suspend the power button blink like it's suspended, but when I
try waking it up it boots from start. (It shows me bios password, then
grub...). It used to work fine.

It used to happen randomly but now it doesn't suspend at all. I always
know if it shows me the bios password it will boot from scratch.

  Laptop is Hp Envy x360
