Public bug reported:

After I upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04.2 my Plantronics USB Headset C520
stopped working properly.

When plug the USB headset, it starts working, but suddenly, the sound
stops, beginning background noises.

Other point is that a youtube video can not be paused. If you do so, the
headset, on the same way, stops reproducing the video sound and begans
reproducing noises.

It seems something related to Kernel 4.8 in my opinion.

Before, on Ubuntu 16.04.1 (old Kernel), my Plantronics C520 was properly
working.

Thanks in advance

Paulo
