Hi, this is just a configuration issue - and yes as you assume that isn't that hard. Please take a look at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuTime#Multiple_Boot_Systems_Time_Conflicts and choose one of the options to configure them to run smoothly aside each other.
