It makes sense to me to have the examples in UITK given they always
depend on the latest, unstable code: how about adding the snapcraft.yaml
for the examples to the UITK instead? There's nothing else that makes
sense to snap here and we could automatically build the latest examples
as staging changes.

Title:
UITK examples source in a separate (not UITK) project

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples:
  New
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Put the UITK examples in a separate project that also includes the
  snapcraft.yaml file.

Currently, ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples includes only the snap
configuration, but it pulls in the deb files from the overlay PPA to
  build the snap file.

So the examples sources can be moved from the ubuntu-ui-toolkit to the
  ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples project on launchpad.
