Bug description:
Hello!
I'm using the Meizu MX4 on OTA 13 and my provider is Tele2 in Sweden.
I have checked with Tele2 that everything works on there part, which they say
it does.
The bug is that when someone sends a MMS message to me nothing happenes.
I can send MMS messages to others without problems.
But not receive, no notification, nothing.
Edit: I was able to receive MMS messages before OTA-10, during OTA-10
and OTA-11 I got SMS messages with a link to a web page and a code.
