Title: must click on a menu item to get its submenu Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: - Launch kate - Click on "Tools" menu in the window title - Put the mouse pointer over the "Encoding" menu item. Expected outcome: - Encoding submenu gets displayed Actual outcome: - Nothing happens. I have to click it in order to the the "Encoding" submenu displayed.
