Flash image to device using ubuntu-device-flash touch --bootstrap --channel ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu 2. Try and enable bluetooth EXPECTED: Bluetooth settings to be displayed and be enabled and start scanning for devices ACTUAL: Bluethooth seems to turn on but after a short while turns back off.
