Public bug reported: Images in the WebP (.webp) format don't get a thumbnail, but just the default stock black icon. When you click on the image, it displays fine. And you can also send it via Telegram and it will display fine. In the attachment you can see two identical images; one in PNG and the other in WebP. And only the PNG image will have a thumbnail. I use Gallery version 2.9.1.1322
