If systemd service (ipmi_port.service) is not enabled but there are init.d scripts with the same name (/etc/rc2.d/S01ipmi_port /etc/rc3.d/S01ipmi_port /etc/rc4.d/S01ipmi_port /etc/rc5.d/S01ipmi_port) then invoke-rc.d starts service.
