If that's the TV then it seems your monitor isn't ever being detected at
all by the kernel/HWC drivers.

Steps to reproduce:
1º Connect hdmi cable to my dell monitor
2º Select hdmi port
Current result: I get a black screen with my dell monitor but it works
correctly on a Lg tv
Expected result: dell monitor should display tablet screen
