Public bug reported: I was disconnected from vpn network and I try to connect again, but when I do it correctly (I was connected without some warn/error message), the vpn network is unavailable. I have to reboot system or restart service network-manager to work correct.
release: it is regression, because in previous version 16.04 it works good.
