Public bug reported: clvm initscript relies on corosync-quorumtool -s to detect whether corosync running or not. quorumtool returns 1 as it's boolean flag for "Quorate". thus running corosync may be detected just by listing corosync nodes, so corosync-quorumtool -l will be more reliable. a small patch is attached
