gstreamer1.0-vaapi depends on libgstreamer-plugins-bad1.0-0 (<< 1.8.1)
but 1.8.2 is in the archive, so the consequence is that nobody can
install package `gstreamer1.0-vaapi` now:
$ sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-vaapi
