Kyle, I've just installed click-package libertine-
scope.ubuntu_1.3.2.1_armhf.click:

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ pkcon install-local --allow-untrusted
libertine-scope.ubuntu_1.3.2.1_armhf.click

Установленный libertine-scope.ubuntu-1.3.2.1.armhf
(installed:click,removable=1,app_name=libertine-scope) summary goes here
phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$

Then I tried to run "Desktop App Scope" -- no changes:

And "Desktop App Scope" is still empty (see attached picture). But
before this bug there are applications of puritine and of my-container.

Maybe problem is with this fix, I did before to make my-container:

# cd ~/.local/share/libertine
# rm ContainersConfig.json
# cp
/custom/click/.click/users/@all/com.ubuntu.puritine/libertine-config/libertine/ContainersConfig.json
 .

or when I changed Resolution for X application:
in
~/.local/share/libertine-container/user-data/my-container/.Xdefaults
Xft.dpi: 224

???

Bug description:
  Desktop Apps scope hangs unity8-dash

  == Previous description
Just after installing OTA-13 (BQ Aquaris M10 FHD) "Today Scope" became not
clickable. I can't turn (swipe to) to programs and to other scopes. And Today
Scope isn't resizeable now -- this scope does not fit screen in album mode. But
traditional Ubuntu left panel is working and reachable, and I can run Terminal,
Contacts, Browser, etc.
