[UX] camera app - accidentally touching the screen locks the input

Bug description:
[UX] camera app - accidentally touching the screen locks the input (focus,
shot)
  arale/rc-proposed.

due to the thin bezel and large screen size, i'm accidentally touching
the screen in more than one place (multitouch?) and that locks the UI.
so to test.. open the camera app, keep a finger on the screen and with
another finger try to focus or take a photo. does nothing. this is
totally not cool because until now i thought the UI locked up without
realizing that i was barely touching with the another finger (i has
  many:P) the screen.
