Title:
  User visible strings aren't translated

Status in ubuntu-download-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
UDM currently has no translations infrastructure. The majority of
strings displayed to users by UDM are QNetworkReply error messages
which are already translated by Qt, however there are still a number
of custom errors that aren't translated.
