I just learned that Android apps like WhatsApp or Telegram can resize
the pictures during upload. This would also be a valid approach for this
issue.

However, I still think there should be a way to switch to a different
resolution also in the camera app.

Bug description:
Well i was wondering if you guys can add a resize option to your
gallery/camera app, so after taking a picture we can share it easily
on social media or some forums that have a limit to the size of
pictures that are allowed to be posted.
