Still present on Ubuntu Studio 16.04. Maybe Xfce is the reason?

Bug description:
  L-ubuntu 14.04, apport 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.19 (latest). In terminal 
  the command

  ubuntu-bug apport

  generates this error:

  ** (apport-gtk:5888): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility
  bus: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-QrmYTrFUXT: Connection
  refused

  but the command still seems to work.
