Steps to reproduce:
1º Connect a BT or physical Keyboard to M10
2º Put M10 in portrait mode
3º Press WIN key in the keyboard for fes seconds
4º Check that shorcuts dialoge appears in landscape mode but not in portrait
mode
Current result: When in portrait mode, shortcuts dialoge does not
appear. Only the numbers on launcher icons appear
Expected result: Shortcuts dialoge should also pop up when pressing WIN
key in portrait mode
