This is the intended behaviour: in wide layout, the favicon (if there is
one) is displayed to the left of the page title in the tabs bar, whereas
in narrow layout it is displayed in the address bar.

  Preconditions:  

  Steps to reproduce:

  1º Open webbrowser app and go to any URL with favicon(i.e facebook, youtube, 
wikipedia)
  2º Check that no favicon appears next to addresbar(left)

  Current result: Webbrowser does not show favicons on Frieza. Working fine on 
Krillin(rc-proposed)
  Expected result: Webbrwser should handle favicons in Frieza
