Per comment #2 this is a purposeful security feature, you must enter the
pin code the first time after a boot

Bug description:
  Meizu Pro 5 on rc-proposed.

  After a reboot, unlocking the device needs security code on the first
  login. After that fingerprint unlock works as expected.
