As a non-LTS release, 15.10 has a 9-month month support cycle and, as
such, the support period is now nearing its end and Ubuntu 15.10 will
reach end of life on Thursday, July 28th. At that time, Ubuntu Security
Notices will no longer include information or updated packages for
Ubuntu 15.10.

Does not send report from a crash file
Status in apport package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
i got a crash to report ( lp:1490501 ) but Apport has silently close
without warning/error; so the report has been filed manually. But the
Apport process still continue to run and use a core to 100%, until i
need to kill that process.
I then use 'ubuntu-bug apport' and that time the report is opened, but
got some errors into the terminal. I can't says which is/are related
to Apport and which affect chromium-browser (which Apport open to send
that report)
