Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Libre Office Writer 2. Type a string of random characters 3. Hold down the backspace key Expected result: All the characters should be deleted Actual result: Only one character is deleted, you have to keep tapping the key to delete large amounts of text This behaviour works correctly in text fields for normal applications, it's only in legacy XMir apps that this occurs. ** Affects: canonical-devices-system-image Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: mir (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: mir (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to mir in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1600649 Title: External keyboard keys don't repeat in XMir apps Status in Canonical System Image: New Status in mir package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Steps to reproduce: 1.
