Bug occurs after resuming from suspend. I shut the lid, which is set to suspend on close. Resume is triggered by lifting the lid.
The bug seems to only occur after prolonged suspend states (e.g. being suspended from morning to afternoon). Had run the tasks 4-10 at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend this morning and had suspended it to finish collecting the data in the afternoon.
