Status in bash package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
(Not really sure if this is related to bash)

Smart completion does not work for firefox and XML (.xml) files on the

TTX (.ttx) files which are generated by fonttools and are in XML
format and XSD (.xsd) XML Schema Files which are also in XML format
  should be supported too.
