you mean exactly by "unresponsive"? A list of steps that reliably trigger the

  Browser freezes

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I keep getting instances of the browser becoming unresponsive.

  Not sure if there is a single cause, but it does seem to happen if I
  attempt a pinch-zoom-out

  Workaround is to swipe in from the left edge, find the apps menu, and
  re-enter the browser with the icon
