Thanks Viktor! After restarting the phone, it plays the notification sounds again. I think the problem depends on uRadio. I opened the app and changed a channel, the sound of uRadio stopped and Telegram doesn't play the notification sounds anymore, until restarting the phone. Then the same game again. So it must be a bug in uRadio.
