There is a lot of special case code on whether to show the sidebar or use the 
bottom edge. The case with the issue is without the sidebar by default.
However, given its triggering on > 50 GUs I am unclear why the sidebar is shown 
on MX4 which should be the same GUs as the BQs but is not.

  After the OTA-11 update, File Manager shows a big white space just below the 
header in portrait mode.
