Title: The first time you swipe to open the indicators panel it's slow Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: To reproduce: Restart the phone. Swipe from the top to show the indicators panel. The first time this is done, it's slow and choppy as can be seen on the video. If you swipe it back and swipe it open again, it's smooth.
