This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report against it and we will take it from there.

In reality, if the headphones are already connected to the phone and I try to connect them to the laptop, Blueman reports "device or resource busy". My phone gives a similar error if I connect the laptop first. I'm using Kubuntu 9.10, Blueman 1.10 and Bluez 4.51.
