I think that my behavior is slightly different, but perhaps the same
bug. I have an infinite scrolling list, but connects to a webservice
that sends items in groups of six. So the model starts out with zero
entries, gets 6 more, then gets 6 more, etc. I see dividers between the
items in the group of six, but not between the groups.

Title:
LIstitem dividers not shown for new items.

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Newly added listitems don't show a divider.

  Expected Behavior:
All list view items include a divide between items. no divider on the bottom
of the last item.

  Experienced Behavior:
No dividers are shown for newly added items. The dividers are shown if the
page is reopened with an existing model, but any subsequently added items do
not have a divider.
