libaccounts-qt is >= 1.13 https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/xenial/+source/libaccounts-qt The patch is in the package. I just added the second patch that enforces the above. Perhaps it was built prior to these two updated packages, though i doubt it, we were scrambling at the end.
