Public bug reported:

In 15.10 and earlier versions I could do this:

```
sudo apt-get install network-manager-openconnect-gnome
```

and after logout and re-login NetworkManager would display the Cisco
AnyConnect (openconnect) option under VPN \. Since I installed 16.04 (64
bit) this option no longer appears in NM.

OpenConnect works just fine from command line:

```
sudo openconnect --user=theo --authgroup=IT vpn.example.com
```
